Cellhire is the only service provider in the UK to join two of O2's award winning Centres of Excellence programmes. 'Enterprise' acknowledges that we have the sales and support infrastructure in place to service larger customers requiring at least 200 handsets. 'Data' meanwhile, refers to the our capabilities in providing BlackBerry devices, modems and datacards, that allow email and internet access whilst on the move.
In order to be eligible to join these Centres of Excellence, we put our entire customer-facing staff through a rigorous and comprehensive product and service training programme. Membership is coveted, because it conveys a valuable message to potential customers, who know that they are not only in safe hands, but that they can access the best knowledge and service support in the industry.
