How to insert a SIM card

Open the battery cover and locate the SIM Slot or holder. Insert the SIM Card with the gold 'connector plate' facing the connectors in the phone and the notch correctly aligned (as generally directed by the diagram in the phone). Close the SIM Card Slot / holder and replace the battery cover.

What to do when the phone says 'Check Card'

When this error message appears, it could be due to either of the following issues:

• The SIM Card may not be inserted correctly, in which case remove it and re-insert.
• The SIM Card may not be connecting to the handset/network. Remove the card, wipe the contacts and re-insert.

If neither course of action works, please call us and we will provide further advice.
