Cellhire has been a Vodafone Service Provider since 1992 and provides a broad range
of solutions for both UK and overseas clients using the Vodafone network. Vodafone
customers are also able to use Cellhire handset services for roaming into countries
such as USA, Canada, Japan and Korea where the local technologies are not compatible
with GSM 900Mhz, the current UK standard.

Currently the company provides a range of mobile solutions for use worldwide including
handset and airtime solutions for North & South America, Japanese and Korean
phone rental, as well satellite phones for use in the more remote regions of the

solution in the event of a delay or fault on their fixed telephone line. Cellhire
provides BT employees with a bespoke online ordering environment allowing them to
keep their customers connected with minimum disruption or delay to their telephone
line. This programme is offered to all BT customers, including Corporate, SME &
residential customers.

Stratos is a leading global telecommunications service provider specialising in
mobile and fixed remote communications including Iridium worldwide. Cellhire has
been chosen as an official rental provider and distributor of Stratos' telecommunications
solutions though its global network of offices.

Nextel, one of the world's leading providers of digital wireless communications
has selected Cellhire as a distributor for its telecommunications solutions worldwide.

Inmarsat operates a global satellite system. As a distributor Cellhire offers both
a voice and multimedia communications solution on a global scale. Cellhire is one
of the world’s largest providers of satellite phones, enabling customers to
make and take calls wherever they may be, even in the middle of the ocean!

Telecom Italia Mobile has selected Cellhire to provide handset rental solutions
for their customers. These solutions allow TIM clients to use their own number and
GSM facilities whilst travelling in America by either renting a GSM 1900 handset,
or the Nextel i2000.

T-Mobile is Germany's premier cellular network and offers a selection of solutions
to its domestic customers. However for roaming into South America, T-Mobile has
chosen Cellhire to provide rental handsets for its clients that facilitate Nextel
iDEN roaming.

SFR is one of the premier network providers in France. To allow their customers
access to roaming services within North and South America, they have chosen Cellhire
specifically to provide handset rental services. In addition, Cellhire is also providing
SFR clients with handsets for use in Japan where the network is incompatible with
GSM.

The Swedish network Telia allows its customers to roam within the USA and Canada.
However to do this the customers need to rent or buy a GSM 1900 handset. The companies
have been working together since 1997 and more recently, Telia chose Cellhire again
to provide the Nextel i2000 handset solution for extended roaming in the USA and
parts of South America.

Vodafone Ireland and Cellhire work together to provide customers with both GSM and
Nextel i2000 handsets for roaming in North America. In addition, handsets and airtime
can be supplied to customers travelling to Japan and South Korea, as well as satellite
phones for clients needing communication in more remote areas.

Cellhire has been working with Orange since 1997 providing a wide range of solutions
for Orange clients to ensure that they remain connected wherever they may travel.
Cellhire can provide Japanese and Korean rentals with local airtime, as well as
handset services to enable roaming on different technology networks such as GSM
1900 and Nextel, in North America.

Cellhire and International Currency Exchange plc (ICE), are working together to
provide phone rental solutions at Waterloo International Terminal and Stansted International
Airport. Clients who are travelling into continental Europe via Eurostar, or one
of Stansted's 11 million passengers, are able to collect or return phones at an
ICE location.
