Corporate structure

	Tim Williams is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Cellhire. Tim completed a law degree, before setting up a car rental franchise. Having spotted a gap in the UK mobile communications market, Tim then established Cellhire in 1987.
	Tim Taylor is Finance Director and joined Cellhire in 2011. Tim is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years experience across a range of sectors including Chemical, IT and Electronics distribution.
	Martyn Stevens initially joined Cellhire in 1999 and has held senior positions within the Company’s Australian and French divisions. He is now Director, International Business Development, EMEA and Asia, spearheading Cellhire’s expansion plans in China. Cellhire France, Germany, Japan and Australia report directly to Martyn Stevens.
	Matt Bennett is UK Managing Director and joined Cellhire in 2006. He has a significant amount of experience within the mobile sector, having previously held senior positions at O2.
	Joji Kanemoto is Business Development Director for Cellhire Japan . Joji joined Cellhire in March 2005 having previously worked in the mobile phone rental industry in Japan for 6 years.
