How do I see the signal strength on my Fixed Cellular Terminal?
Check what colour lights are on the front of the unit. The bottom LED’s should always be red, if it isn’t check the power. If the top LED is red signal is non existent, if it is flashing green it is weak, if it is solidly green then all should be fine.

I can receive a fax with my Fixed Cellular Terminal but not send one, what do I do?
Try inserting *01* in front of the number you are trying to dial.

The Posio unit is not working and there is a red flashing light, what do I do?
Press the 1, 5 and # key all together to reset the unit.
