How do I set up Voicemail?
If you are on the Vodafone network:
In the UK dial 1211.
Then 121 and * to open your VoiceMail.
To activate international VoiceMail dial 1211 whilst in the UK.

If you are on the O2 network:
In the UK dial 91750.
Then 901 and * to open your VoiceMail.
To activate international VoiceMail dial 91750 whilst in the UK.


What do I do if the unit does not find Network outside of the UK?
Choose to manually roam on to a network that has a roaming agreement with your own network.

To do this click on Options, then Network.
Scroll on to automatic, click the trackwheel.
Choose Change Option and select Manual.
Choose Scan for Available Networks and select the appropriate network.


What do I do if the unit does not find a Network after returning to the UK?
Change the network selection to automatic and it will find your home network.

To do this click on Options, then Network.
Scroll on to automatic, click the trackwheel.
Choose Change Option and select Manual.
Choose Scan for Available Networks. The unit will find your network.


How do I cancel call diverts on the unit?
Dial ##21#


How do I show my number on the unit phone screen?
From Options select SIM card and then edit phone number.
Enter your phone number.
Navigate back to the main screen and then restart the unit.


What do I do if the unit is not finding GPRS?
Check the signal strength on the unit and look at the letters next to the signal strength indicator.
If it says OFF scroll to the Wireless icon and select Turn Wireless ON.
If the letters say SOS, GPS or gprs (lower case) the unit is not finding the network.

To resolve this remove the battery from the unit and then reinsert it.
If you are still getting no signal on start up contact Technical Support.
