Queen's Award

Cellhire has been granted the Queen's Award for 'Continuous Achievement in International Trade'. The Award recognises the company's substantial overseas growth resuting in Cellhire becoming the leading global supplier of mobile solutions.

To achieve the award, as well as showing strong international trade figures, we also had to demonstrate our;

Impact on society - displayed in Cellhire's commitment to charities such as the St Leonard's Hospice, York, for whom the Company is a corporate patron, and the American Red Cross, supported by Cellhire USA during the Tsunami relief work.

Environmental impact - shown through the recycling of office consumables and conducting environmentally compliant disposal methods of equipment.

Relationship with employees - confirmed through Cellhire's recognition as an 'Investor in People' and the significant investments in internal communication and reward systems.

O2 Centres of Excellence

Cellhire is the only service provider in the UK to join two of O2's award winning Centres of Excellence programmes. 'Enterprise' acknowledges that we have the sales and support infrastructure in place to service larger customers requiring at least 200 handsets. 'Data' meanwhile, refers to the our capabilities in providing BlackBerry devices, modems and datacards, that allow email and internet access whilst on the move.

In order to be eligible to join these Centres of Excellence, we put our entire customer-facing staff through a rigorous and comprehensive product and service training programme. Membership is coveted, because it conveys a valuable message to potential customers, who know that they are not only in safe hands, but that they can access the best knowledge and service support in the industry.

ISO Accredited

Cellhire is firmly committed to delivering the highest possible standards of customer service. Recognition of this is underlined by the Company's attainment in December 1993 of ISO 9000, the internationally recognised quality standard.

Cellhire is Investors in People (IIP) accredited in recognition of the value the company places on its employees.

Business Membership of the Institute of Export is awarded to established and respected organisations who are actively involved in international business.
