Cellhire provides the client with a significant number of state-of-the-art mobile phones and BlackBerry devices, within highly competitive tariff structures. The majority of the construction sites on which the firm operates are extremely large and effective mobile communication is vital.

At the outset of the relationship, the customer was insistent on the highest quality service provision, including dedicated account management. They had suffered significant problems with their previous network supplier and were unwilling to transfer their business without Cellhire agreeing to stringent SLA's.
