A large property development company needed competitive costs and a provider that could efficiently manage a large porting process from one network to another.


The Solution

Once negotiations had resulted in successful acceptance of a very competitive 12 month agreement, Cellhire held an implementation meeting with the client to detail their exact requirements and timescales within which the porting process needed to be completed. We identified the structure and priorities across the 300 mobile users and planned the porting process to occur over a 14 day period for users spread throughout the UK. The customer was left with the confidence that replacement SIM cards and information packs would be provided, batched and addressed to appropriate users in plenty of time, prior to the porting process.
